Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors

I continue to ruin my oldest child by getting him to watch movies and do write ups for your enjoyment. 

Plot: Freddy is back this time targeting the last of the Elm Street kids who are all together in a hospital being treated for mental disorders.


My Thoughts: I think this movie is funny but scary. It was creepy when every time someone kills Freddy he is still alive. It was really hard to know if they were awake or asleep. The part where Freddy grabbed a kid's veins and made him walk like a puppet. Can you imagine if that happened to you? I wished the adults in the hospital believed in Freddy. I think other people should watch the movie it was good.

3. Cabin in the Woods Plot: 5 teens go into the woods and some bad stuff goes down My thoughts: I freaking love this movie, it is one of the best horror films of the past decade. It is loaded with injokes and forces you to examine who exactly you root for in these types of movies. Joss Whedon's brand of humor really shines in this film. High Recommend.

45. Ghoulies Rotten Tomatoes: 0%   IMDB: 3.5 Plot: A man moves into his family estate and has an uncontrollable urge to control little demonic creatures. My Thoughts: Let get this out right now this is a bad movie, it is poorly acted, poorly written and seems to have been shot by a homeless guy working for food. I have seen this one called out a lot as a rip off of Gremlins but honestly I don't see it, other than that they both have little weird creatures they are not that similar. The Ghoulies don't really do a whole lot, okay they attack and kill a few people but they don't create the mayhem and havoc of the Gremlins, they are also not nearly as fun.
